These Terms govern your use of RosterUp on iOS, Android, and Web. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age requirements to use the App. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal team management purposes, subject to these Terms.

RosterUp enables team spaces managed by coaches and managers. Team administrators may invite or remove members and manage team content. You understand that content you share within a team may be visible to team members.
RosterUp includes features that allow users to create, upload, or share content including profile photos, posts, comments, messages, team information, and game/event data (“User Generated Content” or “UGC”).
You are solely responsible for the UGC you create or share. You must have the rights to upload or share that content and you must not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
RosterUp has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You may not post, upload, transmit, or share UGC that is:
We may monitor, review, remove, or restrict access to UGC at any time. Enforcement actions may include:
If you encounter objectionable content or abusive users, you can report it by contacting office@rosterup.eu. We aim to review reports within a reasonable time and take appropriate action.
You agree to use real-time features responsibly. You must not manipulate, falsify, or abuse team stats, events, or communications in a way that harms others or undermines fair play.
The App, its software, branding, and all related intellectual property belong to RosterUp and its licensors. Except for the limited license granted above, you do not acquire any rights to the App.
Your use of the App is governed by the Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how personal data is collected and processed.
Users can delete their account directly within the app settings. After deletion, access to the account will be removed and data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy, including retention and deletion practices.
If you cannot access the App, you may request account deletion by contacting office@rosterup.eu.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account as described above.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RosterUp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RosterUp from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or your UGC.

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, notice may be provided in the App or on the website. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
